Terms of Use
These Terms explain the rules for using Fliksee, uploading content, purchasing plans or services, participating in the community, and working with Fliksee on creative projects.

Use of Fliksee
Fliksee provides AI-powered video, music, promotional, streaming, creator, community, and creative-service experiences. By using Fliksee.com, creating an account, uploading content, purchasing a plan, submitting a project request, commenting, or interacting with the platform, you agree to these Terms.
- Use Fliksee only for lawful purposes.
- Do not interfere with the security, performance, accounts, payment systems, upload systems, or normal operation of the platform.
- Do not attempt to copy, scrape, impersonate, reverse engineer, or misuse Fliksee systems, branding, content, or services.

Accounts and creator access
Some Fliksee features require an account. Creator upload features require creator access or an eligible creator plan. You are responsible for keeping your login information secure and for activity that occurs under your account.
- Provide accurate account and profile information.
- Do not impersonate another person, creator, business, or Fliksee representative.
- Do not share account access in a way that creates fraud, abuse, security risk, or plan misuse.

Content ownership and upload rights
Creators keep ownership of original content they upload unless a separate written agreement gives Fliksee exclusive rights or changes ownership terms. By uploading content, you give Fliksee permission to host, display, stream, format, process, promote, and make that content available through the platform as needed to operate Fliksee.
- You must own or have permission to use anything you upload, including video, music, images, names, voices, likenesses, trademarks, scripts, and other protected material.
- Do not upload content created by another creator unless you have the right to do so.
- Do not upload copyrighted or protected intellectual property that you do not own or have permission to use.
- Fliksee may remove, restrict, block, or refuse content that appears unlawful, infringing, abusive, unsafe, misleading, or in violation of these Terms.

Fliksee-created videos and project work
Fliksee may create AI-assisted or human-edited videos, music, ads, promos, voice work, or other creative assets for clients. Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, ownership and usage rights for paid project deliverables transfer according to the project terms after payment is completed.
- Fliksee may showcase completed work in its portfolio, website, social media, marketing, or platform displays unless a client restriction is agreed to in writing.
- Consent-based likeness workflows require appropriate permission from the person or party represented.
- Exclusive rights, buyouts, usage restrictions, private-only delivery, or special licensing must be negotiated in writing.

Community conduct
Fliksee supports creativity, discussion, critique, and community interaction. Professional critiques and opinions are allowed. Harassment, bullying, threats, hate, exploitation, spam, deception, or calls to violence are not allowed.
- Do not harass, threaten, bully, stalk, or target users or creators.
- Do not use comments, messages, profiles, uploads, or reports to abuse others.
- Do not falsely report content or users. False or bad-faith reporting may result in a warning, restriction, suspension, or ban.
- Do not post content that promotes violence, exploitation, illegal activity, or serious harm.

Platform changes, monetization, and creator opportunities
Fliksee may add, remove, limit, price, monetize, promote, or change platform features, services, content sections, membership plans, creator tools, catalog opportunities, ads, and other platform experiences over time.
- Submitting content for Fliksee review does not guarantee catalog placement, payment, promotion, partnership, or monetization.
- Creator-for-hire work, paid creator opportunities, revenue sharing, sponsorships, exclusivity, or other monetization arrangements must be negotiated and approved separately.
- Fliksee may decide what content appears in curated, promoted, catalog, community, or streaming areas.

Payments, subscriptions, and refunds
Payments may be processed through trusted third-party payment providers. Fliksee does not store full credit-card details on its own servers.
- Subscriptions: Refunds for subscription plans must be requested within 48 hours of purchase. Approved refunds may be prorated and may exclude purchase, processing, or transaction fees.
- Projects and packages: Refunds for creative projects or service packages must be requested within 24 hours of purchase. They are non-refundable after that period or once project work has started, whichever comes first.
- Plan features, limits, pricing, and availability may change over time.

Enforcement, removal, suspension, and bans
Fliksee reserves the right to warn, restrict, block, hide, remove content, suspend accounts, ban users, or refuse service when content, conduct, account activity, payment activity, or platform use violates these Terms or threatens the safety, reliability, legality, or integrity of Fliksee.
- Fliksee may remove infringing, impersonating, abusive, unsafe, misleading, or unauthorized content.
- Fliksee may block users or content while investigating reports, rights issues, payment concerns, safety concerns, or platform abuse.
- Repeated violations may lead to permanent account removal or service refusal.

Availability, liability, and updates
Fliksee works to keep the platform available, secure, and useful, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that every feature will always remain available.
- Fliksee is not responsible for user misuse of delivered content, uploaded content, account access, or third-party services.
- Third-party services may have their own terms, privacy policies, fees, technical limits, or outages.
- We may update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised date.
