Main menu vs. user menu

Fliksee has two main navigation areas. The main site navigation is used to explore videos, community pages, news, pricing, and contact options. The user menu is account-focused and appears after login for profile tools, creator tools when available, support links, and other personal account actions.

Main site navigation

Use this to browse Fliksee content, watch videos, explore community areas, view pricing, and learn about Fliksee services.

User menu

Use this for profile access, creator dashboard access, support tickets, account links, and signed-in tools.

Profile setup

Set up your Fliksee profile

Your profile helps people recognize you across Fliksee. Your portrait/profile image may appear as your avatar when you comment or interact with others.

  1. Log in and open your profile from the user menu.
  2. Add or update your portrait/profile image, canvas/header area, contact information, bio, website, and social links.
  3. Use your bio to tell viewers who you are, what you create, or what kind of work you are open to.
  4. Keep your links current so people can find your website and official social pages.
Tip: Your profile is your front porch on Fliksee. Keep it clean, current, and unmistakably yours.

Community

Connect, comment, follow, and report

Fliksee is built for watching, sharing, discussing, and discovering creative work. Depending on the page and account settings, you may be able to comment on videos or news articles, follow content, connect with users, send private messages, or report bad behavior.

  • Use comments for genuine reactions, feedback, questions, and discussion.
  • Professional critiques and opinions are welcome when they remain respectful.
  • Use report tools when content or behavior appears abusive, unsafe, infringing, misleading, or otherwise harmful.
  • False reports can hurt the community and may lead to account warnings or restrictions.

Creator access

How to become a creator

To upload videos to Fliksee, you need a creator account or creator subscription plan. Free creator access is the entry point, and paid creator plans may provide higher upload limits, larger file allowances, and expanded creator features.

  • Creator plan limits may control how many videos you can upload or keep active.
  • Plan limits may also affect file size and publishing options.
  • Customer accounts can browse, comment, purchase services, and use account features, but creator upload tools require creator access.
  • You can purchase or upgrade plans through the Pricing page or other plan links throughout the site.

Creator dashboard

Upload and manage your videos

Creators can upload and manage content through the creator dashboard. After a video is uploaded, Bunny processes the file for playback while Fliksee keeps your video details, visibility, credits, and review options organized.

  1. Open the creator dashboard from the user menu.
  2. Upload your video using the dashboard uploader. Supported formats and file-size limits depend on your plan.
  3. After upload, use Edit Details to manage title, description, content type, genre, credits, visibility, and social preview image.
  4. Choose whether eligible videos should be public on your profile or private in your owner dashboard.
  5. Use My Videos to review your library, open public videos, and manage existing uploads.
Processing note: A video may need time to finish processing before it is playable. You can still edit details while processing continues.

Credits

Add collaborators and credits

Collaboration is encouraged. You can add credits to uploaded content so viewers know who helped create it. Current credit areas include creators, actors, and directors.

  • If the person is a Fliksee user, use the creator match/autocomplete feature to link them directly when available.
  • If the person is not a Fliksee user, you can add a manual display name as a public credit.
  • Credits can help viewers discover people connected to the work and can support future collaboration opportunities.

Opportunities

Submit videos for Fliksee review

Eligible creators may submit videos to Fliksee for review. Submission can open the door for possible placement in the Fliksee streaming catalog, monetization opportunities, promotional opportunities, or partnership conversations.

  • Submission does not guarantee approval, payment, promotion, or catalog placement.
  • Catalog placement and monetization opportunities are reviewed separately from ordinary profile publishing.
  • Creator-for-hire work, paid opportunities, exclusive rights, or monetized partnerships must be negotiated and approved by Fliksee.

Help & purchases

Support tickets, subscriptions, and services

If you need help, use the support options in the user menu to submit a ticket or review ticket history. For subscriptions, creator plans, or creative services, use the Pricing page, plan links, project inquiry forms, or contact options provided throughout the site.

  • Use support tickets for account, upload, access, payment, or site-use questions.
  • Use the Pricing page to review available plans and services.
  • Use Contact or project inquiry options when you want Fliksee to create video, music, promotional content, ads, or other creative work for you.
