A package is a bundled creative service. For example, a video package includes a fully produced video (up to the stated length), with visuals, sound, and one revision. Higher-tier packages offer additional features like faster turnaround, more content, or enhanced visuals.

Because our services are custom-made, refunds are generally not offered once production begins. However, if you're unsatisfied with the initial results, we’ll work with you to revise and improve the project.

Delivery time depends on the package you select. Standard turnaround is typically 4–7 business days. Silver and Gold plans offer expedited or priority delivery.

You do! You retain full rights to the content we create for you. Fliksee may request to feature your project in our portfolio, but you can opt out at any time.
