Job Description: Client Engagement Manager (Part-Time, Remote)

Role Summary

Fliksee is a newly launched, fast-growing AI service provider. We’re looking for a Client Engagement Manager to help us build a reputable client list by finding and qualifying real opportunities online. This is a work-from-phone / work-from-home role (WFP/WFH), ideal for someone who’s confident networking on social platforms and can communicate professionally while moving quickly.

Time Commitment

·         8–10 hours per week

·         Flexible schedule, as long as weekly deliverables are met

Core Responsibilities

·         Identify and pursue potential clients primarily through online platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, Upwork, and similar communities).

·         Initiate conversations and move them toward interest-based next steps (DM, email, Zoom, phone).

·         Qualify prospects into “true leads” based on Fliksee’s criteria (see below).

·         Post/share Fliksee content consistently to support visibility and credibility.

·         Track outreach activity and leads clearly (basic weekly reporting).

Weekly Deliverables

·         1–2 posts/shares daily

·         Weekly minimum: 5 posts/shares

·         Weekly maximum: 10 posts/shares

·         True leads:

·         Weekly goal: 3–4 true leads

·         Maximum: 4 true leads per week

Definition of a “True Lead” (Required Standard)

A true lead is a potential client you have already contacted and who has expressed genuine interest in one or more Fliksee services. True leads must include:

·         Preferred direct contact method (email, phone, Zoom, or DM)

·         Service(s) they’re interested in

·         A preferred time/date for follow-up contact

Not accepted as true leads:

·         Bots, spam accounts, or fake profiles

·         Random lists of contacts

·         Cold contacts where the person has not expressed interest yet

Cold contacts are people being contacted for the first time who have not shown interest prior. Cold outreach is allowed as part of the process, but it does not count as a true lead until interest is confirmed.

Compensation (Streamlined)

This role includes a weekly guaranteed base plus performance pay:

·         Guaranteed: $100–$150 per week based on deliverables

·         Lead bonus: $25 per true lead (up to 4/week)

·         Content bonus: $5 per post/share (5–10 per week)

·         Commission: 10% on closed business tied to your leads (usually payments from client within 72 hours)

Weekly payout structure examples:

·         $100/week minimum: 3 true leads + 5 posts

·         $150/week maximum: 4 true leads + 10 posts

Requirements

·         Must communicate professionally and represent Fliksee well

·         Strong social media comfort (posting, messaging, networking, engaging)

·         Sales, outreach, or client acquisition experience is appreciated (not required if you’re a fast learner)

·         Must be reliable and consistent with weekly deliverables

·         Must sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and Non-Compete Agreement

What Success Looks Like

·         You consistently deliver 3–4 true leads weekly that match Fliksee’s services

·         Your posts/shares support growth without sounding spammy (we provide posts or you can create your own)

·         Prospects feel respected, understood, and willing to take a next step

·         You help Fliksee build a strong, reputable pipeline as the business expands
